The annual Faculty Recital
Pacific Piano School will hold its annual Faculty Recital, which will take place on April 15th at 2 pm at the beautiful auditorium of Le Petit Trianon Theatre in downtown San Jose, which is able to hold about 350 people. Le Petit Trianon is home of San Jose Chamber Orchestra and San Jose International Piano Competition and known for hosting such world-renowned artists as Martha Algerich, Angela Hewitt, Dmitri Alexeev among many others. At the recital you will hear works by such great composers as Bach, Chopin, Bizet, Schumann, Liszt, Rachmaninoff, Brahms among others. There will be solo piano and voice performances as well as chamber music featuring works for piano - 4 hands and pianos - 8 hands with violin, voice and guitar. The buffet-style reception is to follow after the recital.
